How to Travel through Space | A creative movement and theatre voyage
How to Travel in Space” workshop | Creative journey of movement and theatre, with Safire Hikari
A creative journey of movement, dance and theatre, open to all levels. Techniques for traversing space will be taught using improvisation, contact, dynamics, momentum, gravity, suspension and exploring the way animals move. Always changing the space and the way we occupy it.
There will be games of manipulation, balance and coordination, interacting with the rhythms of our own bodies and learning the rhythms of others – always gaining more mobility, body awareness, quality of movement and creativity. “How to Travel in Space” ends with massages and stretching.
In addition, there will also be the Express Yourself workshop, a theatre, movement, dance and physicality workshop.
