We premiered "Body, it's me", Marionet Digital's fifth artistic object

Today we debuted ‘Body, it’s me’ on Marionet’s various online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok) and it will continue to be available there, at your disposal.

 

This was the fifth Digital Artistic Object to be integrated into the Marionet Digital project, which aims to generate content designed for non-presential presentations, creating it specifically for digital media.

 

The short film, written by Mário Montenegro and directed by Tiago Cerveira, explores the personal impact of an autoimmune disease. In an intimate dialogue between body and mind, the narrative brings the body’s inner struggle to the surface, portraying the difficulty of acceptance and the necessary resilience in addressing a condition that challenges the fragility of the human being.

 

‘Body, it’s me’ also anticipates the theme of the first show Marionet will present in 2025, centred on rheumatic diseases. These can be inflammatory and degenerative, affecting more than half of the Portuguese population and accounting for up to 60% of long-term physical disability.
