We help researchers connecting with society
Marionet has been invited to present a paper at the Advanced Course ‘Connecting Researchers with Society and Industry’, which aims to explore important topics relating to science communication and technology transfer, challenging doctoral students to reflect critically on these issues.
This is a Curricular Unit of the PDBEB – Doctoral Programme in Experimental Biology and Biomedicine and will consist of theoretical, practical and debate sessions. Coordinated by Sara Amaral and Catarina Cunha-Santos, it is organised by CNC – Center for Neuroscience and Cell Biology (a biomedical research and multidisciplinary postgraduate teaching institution at the University of Coimbra) and CiBB – Centre for Innovative Biomedicine and Biotechnology (a research unit of excellence at the University of Coimbra and an international reference in the fields of Biomedicine and Biotechnology).
Taking place between 14 and 25 October 2024, our artistic director Mário Montenegro will give a talk entitled ‘Science & Theatre’ on the opening day (12pm) at Casa Costa Alemão. The full programme can be found here.
