We were at the Dialogues Network and the Coimbra Conference

Marionet was recently represented at two events that encourage cultural networking.

 

On 23 September, in Leiria, we attended the Dialogues Network, promoted by DGArtes, to discuss results, concerns and proposals regarding the Network of Portuguese Theatres and Cinemas. This was an important opportunity to share reflections on the role of culture and to debate the articulation of Policies for the Arts in a network, as well as the relationship between Programmers and Artists.

 

In Coimbra, on 23 and 24 September, we took part in the Coimbra Conference – 10 Years of Creative Europe / Cultural Networks and the Future of Europe. During these two days it was outlined the work carried out in the context of the 10 years of the Creative Europe Programme and debated the role of the various European Cultural Networks. We presented Marionet and learnt about European projects to support the arts, with a view to increasing the visibility, capacity building and competitiveness of the cultural and creative sectors.
