Reading Theatre with Science | "Marjorie Prime" by Jordan Harrison
We already have a date and a place for the 11th session of Reading Theatre with Science! It will take place on March 22nd at 6 pm at Marionet.
“Marjorie Prime” by Jordan Harrison was the most coveted play since the beginning of this project (18 votes out of 42!) and the translation is already in the hands and watchful eyes of our Collaborative Translation Project. We’ll have a musical surprise to accompany the tea and biscuits during the session.
Where are we with Marjorie Prime? We’re in the age of artificial intelligence. Marjorie has a new companion programmed to tell her the story of her life back.
This play explores the mysteries of human identity and the limits of what technology can replace.
To find out what may (or not) happen, join us to read on March 22nd. Registrations can be made by sending an email to ler@marioneteatro.com or through our social networks, until March 21st.
