And the vote winner is...
Yesterday closed the voting to choose the play we will be working on in the next few months. Jordan Harrison’s “Marjorie Prime” will be the play to be translated within the Collaborative Translation Project, for which registration is open until 20 February. This was the most voted play since the beginning of this project, collecting 18 out of 42 registered votes!
“We’re in the age of artificial intelligence. Marjorie has a new companion, programmed to tell her back the story of her life. This play explores the mysteries of human identity and the limits of what technology can actually replace.”
Once translated, the play will be read at the Reading Theatre with Science, which will take place at Marionet, on 22 March, at 6 pm. To join the translation group, just send an email to ler@marioneteatro.com.
