Do you want to know 'How the World began'?

This play by American playwright Catherine Trieschmann is the one we have chosen for the 28th session of Reading Theatre with Science.
It introduces us to Susan, a science teacher from Manhattan who starts working in a small rural village in Kansas destroyed by a tornado, and Micah, one of her students, who is offended by a comment about the origin of life on Earth. From that moment on, Susan is thrown into an ethical storm about science and faith that leads her to fear for her safety.
On 19 November at 6 p.m., we will read this work, translated into Portuguese, at Marionet, where we will welcome you with tea and biscuits. Anyone interested in joining us, either to read or just to watch, should send an email to: ler@marioneteatro.com
