Do you want to translate theatre with science?
Have you heard of the Collaborative Translation Project? And did you know that, if it weren’t for this project, we probably wouldn’t be about to premiere the play ‘Amor e Informação’ (Love and Information) at TAGV? This play by Caryl Churchill is one of those we selected for two of our regular Reading Theatre with Science sessions, one in 2021 and another one in 2025. And both times we imagined how it would be to stage it… As the original work is in English, the contribution of a magnificent team of volunteers was essential, who together created the text in Portuguese.
