The next session of Ler Teatro com Ciência is already scheduled!
On 23 November, at 6pm, we will host at Marionet’s headquarters the reading of one of the following plays:
– “Emilie: La Marquise Du Châtelet Defends Her Life Tonight“, by Lauren Gunderson
– “Photograph 51“, by Anna Ziegler
– “The Radiant“, by Shirley Lauro
– “Infinity“, by Hannah Moscovitch
– “A Disappearing Number“, by Simon McBurney
– “Rocket Girl“, by George D. Morgan
Help us decide which one by voting on this form by 23 October — there you will find a brief synopsis of each play. This election includes the most voted works since the beginning of the project, but which have not yet been chosen for any reading session.
We are already accepting applications for translators volunteers! To be part of the Collaborative Translation Project, just send us a message.
For any queries, you can contact us by email (producao@marioneteatro.com) or by phone (931 671 163).

The project Reading Theatre with Science (Ler Teatro com Ciência) aims to present contemporary dramaturgies related to Science, in the form of public readings. The readings take place either in Marionet’s headquarters or in other places to be announced, and are open to all interested parties. It was planned to start in 2020, but the limitations brought by the pandemic made it impossible to start, which happened finally on the 26 May 2021.
